Sweet Greetings to thee, thou loyal BiWeekly Peeps!
The Great Pink Bunny is here! And he never sleeps!

But answers your questions and quandaries, then wishes you well,
Whether your queries be personal or instead personnel.

Candy Time!

Hello, Exempt Staff!

That means you monthly-paid career types, dontcha know?
It’s time to approve your timecards for the month of January.

I suggest shoring up your energy with some sugar and reciting this little poem:

Candy, Candy, Office Fuel,
Sweetens up the Labor Pool.

Have some now or have some later,
It’s our workplace activator!

Clocky & Watchy in Monsoon Time!

Pay Period: 1/15 – 1/28/17

Hello, BiWeekly Timecard Enthusiasts!

The skies they fell, the floods they flashed and a waterspout did touch down.
Puddles formed, the slough filled up and the sea churned a frothy brown.

The rains did end, the sun did shine, and the ocean went calm and sleek,

But don’t mothball your umbrellas just yet (more weather is due next week)!

Travel Time!

It’s Friday the 13th!
Such an inauspicious day may put you in a mood to get away on a…uh…getaway to avoid various bouts of mis-happenstance!
It’s a 3-day weekend too! Which means Clocky & Watchy only have Tuesday to finish all time reporting!!

Did you know:
NONE of the buildings on campus have a 13th floor!
Coincidence??

And so, non-exempts, limiteds and students please complete your biweekly timecards for 1/1/17 to 1/14/17 before you make your escape!

Holiday Time!

Hello, BiWeekly Staff (Students, Non-Exempts & Limiteds) for the period of 12/18 – 12/31/16,

Please, as a backup, let your supervisors know what hours you work because--

When we return on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 all BiWeekly Timecards must be completed on that one single day!

So, Clocky and Watchy have prepared something to say:

Crusader Time!

Join the Time Crusade!*

As the holidays descend our schedule grows short,
We have till THIS FRIDAY to complete our report!
(The reporting of hours, and personal leave--
Something all true Crusaders can promptly achieve!)

So, please join us in this most noble of all quests,
Be a Time Crusader (as the title suggests).

*For ALL BiWeekly AND Monthly workers as well,
(if you could do it by THURSDAY, that’d be swell).

Double Time!

Greetings intrepid Timecard-sters!

Clocky & Watchy are in parallel dimensions just now, a melding of pay periods, a collision of cycles!

As it is time for BOTH Biweekly (11/20/16 to 12/3/16) AND Monthly (for November) timecard approval!

Please don’t let this split your brains (as it has mine)!*

*Despite the fact that our brains are already split into two hemispheres!

Game Time!

BiWeekly Pay Period: 10/23/16 – 11/5/16

Time to play!

Report EARLY to make sure you have all your hours and approvals in before:

…Parents & Family Weekend!

…Daylight Savings Time Ends!

…Election Day!

Communicate with your supervisors about your hours worked so that they may fill in your hours if you can’t!

Make sure the Kronos site is working at speed!

Add comments for all exceptions to policy! (Approving all timecards is policy--even empty ones)!

You know the old saying: Cooperation accomplishes our goals to a satisfactory degree! (I’m paraphrasing).
