Gramps & lil clocky in Beach Time
BiWeekly Timecards are due!
(8/28/16 – 9/10/16)
Don’t let time [reporting] slip away!
[From Clocky’s photo album]
As the Summer
ends I’m reminded of a time…
As a kid, of
going to the beach with my grandfather.
I knew he
didn’t care for it much—the sand was hard for him to walk on,
But he went
for me, so that I could play, and watch the passage of the sun and the tides.
I still visit
him in the home he lives in, but he’s not as mobile as he once was.
This is a
picture of us when I was only just a few tocks old.
Love you,
Gramps!

Clocky & Watchy in "Time Flies"
Hello, Exempt Staffers!
August is done—“so soon?” (I know!).
Go ahead and report any sick or vacation leave (in 8-hour
increments) and approve your timecards so that your supervisors may, likewise,
approve.
Also, please keep your hands (and feet, if you got ‘em) inside
as the ride is about to begin!

Moving Time!
Hello, Office Workers of a BiWeekly Bent!
(That includes non-exempts, student staff and the occasional
limited employee, as applicable, for the pay period of 7/31 to 8/13/16).
Now is the time to fill-out and approve your hours so that
your supervisors can approve them and then we timekeepers can sign-off making
everything complete!
You may be surprised to learn that the list of BiWeekly
staff in Institutional Advancement is upwards of 250 people!!
So the sooner you finish (with all necessary comments where
appropriate) the sooner we can get time moving!
[Disclaimer: manually moving the clock forward won’t
actually give you more hours, but it may land you in hot water with the boss!]

Sweet Time!
Sweet Greetings, Sweet
Timers!
For all you Monthly (for
July) and BiWeekly (for 7/17-7/30) candy fans, now’s your chance to approve
your timecards!
Let’s not sugarcoat it, it’s
part of the job, but a spoonful of honey makes it much easier!!
Have something sweet and
tasty while you work, and you’ll see what I mean!

All the Pep!
Hey, Gang!
It’s time once again to show your Gaucho pride by letting us
know what we owe you for all your hard work!
So, if you report your time biweekly, then mark down your
hours worked on your timecards for the period from 7/3 to 7/16/16!
If you work in more than one department then be sure to
indicate which fund to use! Approve it! Then get your supervisor to approve!
And then have a great weekend!!
Go Gauchos!!

Golden Time!
Hello, All You Clockpunchers
and Leave Reporters!
Today is a grand confluence
of events.
My boss, Cheryl Kelly, is
retiring after 38 years.
Exempt timecards are ready
for approval for the month of June.
Non-exempt timecards are ready
for approval (6/19-7/2).
Monday is a holiday (Happy
Fourth!) so Tuesday will be a mad scramble to complete the non-exempts,
limiteds and students.
So, let’s all pull together
to make this one a smooth one!
Or Cheryl will come back to
git ya!
(I mean, she won’t, but y’all
got a little worried there for a second, didn’t ya?)
;)

Lost Time?
Hello, BiWeekly Staffers for the pay period of June 5 – June
18!
[If you do not report your time biweekly, or are not the
supervisor of someone who does, then please enjoy the following cartoon knowing
that no action, outside of your normal reporting schedule, is needed on your
part (your time will come!)]
Thanks, Geoff
